Cookie policy

We only use what keeps you signed in and remembers a few settings you choose. No tracking, no advertising, no analytics companies.

Last updated 13 September 2026

The short version

  • s-work.app sets two cookies, and you need both to sign in. Neither one tracks you.
  • The app at app.s-work.app sets no cookies. It keeps your sign-in and a few settings in your browser's own storage on your device.
  • Nobody puts advertising, social media or analytics cookies on either site, us included.

A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser. Browser storage (localStorage) works the same way, except it isn't sent back to the server. This page treats them the same.

In the app

The app doesn't set cookies. It uses your browser's storage on your device:

swork.chunk-reload-atA timestamp that stops the app reloading over and over after we update it. It's gone when you close the tab.Strictly necessary

If you share a device, signing out of the app removes your session. Your settings stay until you clear your browser's data for app.s-work.app.

What we don't use

We don't use analytics companies such as Google Analytics or PostHog. We don't use advertising or retargeting, social media pixels, session recording or fingerprinting. Our security settings block scripts from other websites, so none of these could end up running by accident.

Emails sent through s-work are the one exception. Our email provider adds an image that records when an email is opened, and it changes links so it can count clicks. That includes emails you send to clients. The privacy policy has more.

We may start counting how the app is used inside our own database, for example how many bookings were made, but never what anyone wrote. If we do, we'll ask you in the app first and update this page.

Your choice

Everything above is either needed to sign in or a setting you chose, so there's nothing optional to turn off. The cookie message still records your answer. If we ever add anything optional, it stays off for anyone who said no, and we'll ask everyone else again.

Your current answer: No choice recorded yet.

You can delete cookies and storage in your browser settings at any time. If you delete the sign-in cookie, you'll be signed out.

Fonts

This site uses the fonts already on your device, so your browser doesn't contact Google or any other font service when you visit.

Changes

If we change what we store, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change adds anything optional, the cookie message will ask you again. Questions: info@s-work.app
